Placing Orders
1) You can place your orders simply by emailing to [email protected] with the below informations.

f. Quantity:
2. If you are making multiple orders, you can simply use the form and email it to us.
3. Once we have received your orders, we will check on the availability of the products you ordered. A confirmation email will be sent to you. Upon confirmation of your orders, payment can be made via the various methods below.
Kindly note that orders with incomplete information often result in a delay of delivery. Any inconvenience is regretted.
Payment Methods
Pls note: Product prices are exclusive of postage & handling fees.
1) Payments can be made via internet transfer/ ATM transfers.
2) Simply transfer the full amount invoiced to you via email. Please make payment only after you have received our invoice.

After payment has been done, please provide us with the following informations.
a) For internet transfer - please email us your nick, reference number and total amount transfered.
b) For ATM transfer - please email us the date, time, location, reference number and total amount transfered as per the ATM Transaction receipt.
3) Upon receiving full payment, orders will proceeded and mail out within the next 5 to 7 working days.
Postage & Handling Fees
1) Postage fees & handling fees depends on the weight of the package. Normal mailing will be used unless requested by customer for registered mail. Normal mailing for package below 250g will range from SGD 0.60 to SGD 1.50. There will be additional SGD2.25 for registered mail. For package more than 2kg, charges will go by Singpost local courier service rate.
**Crystelle shall not be held any responsibilities for lost mail regardless of delivery by normal or registered mail. However we strongly recommend customers to use registered mail.
