Warranty of Goods/Services
1) All goods will be 80% to 90% similar to the pictures.
Prices
1) All prices stated are nett. Delivery charges are excluded.
Confirmation of Orders
1) Email notification will be replied to customer within 24hours upon receiving the electronic order.
2) If items are unavailable, customer will be notified via emails.
Delivery Services
1) Delivery can be done either via normal or registered mailing.
Payment Process
1) We accept only internet fund transfer and ATM fund transfer
Cancellation of orders
1) We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed.
Exchange & Refund
1) We do not entertain exchange as we check through our goods before delivery.
2) Full refund of the product paid will be made only if the product is no longer in stock after payment has been made.
